The damage criterion provides the functional form of $\Xi\left(\mathbf{F}\right)$ that determines the evolution of damage. There are no material parameters associated with these functions. All the functions currently modeled in FEBio are defined over the range $\Xi\in\left[0,\infty\right[$ .
